  • Corporate Portfolio Management 101 – All you ever wanted to know about Corporate Portfolio Management but were afraid (or didn't know) to ask.  An essential introductory seminar for any organization or anyone hoping to understand CPM, its power and how to begin making CPM a reality.   
  • CPM Simulation – For those aiming to drive home the value of optimal resource allocation, this unique exercise uses a mock company and role-playing to demonstrate first-hand the challenges organizations face when allocating resources and ultimately drives home the power of Corporate Portfolio Management.  A unique, highly engaging, and interactive way to drive home the power of CPM across all levels of your organization.  Note:  The simulation uses a mock company but can also be customized for your organization or industry. 
  • Building your organization's business case for CPM - Whether you are looking to bring CPM to your entire organization or a specific area such as IT, marketing, R&D, etc, having a compelling business case is key to getting appropriate organizational support and resources.    
  • Building Good Driver-Based Models - Deterministic or driver-based models and the data they generate underly any good CPM discipline.  Good driver-based models have consistent metrics and calculation methodologies, includes the right metrics (based on the type of investment) and also considers qualitative aspects such as strategy and risk. 
  • Resource Allocation Competitive Benchmarking - Want to understand where your competitors are allocating their resources and their associated resource allocation efficiency?  Essential information as you embark on your CPM effort or to track your progress over time.
